How long will it take to get my purchase?

We aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days. Shipping times vary from country to country, but rest assured we work our hardest to get your natural linen fabrics to you as quickly as possible. There also may be delays due to the customs procedures or the pandemic.

Where can I find my tracking number?

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel an order so long as your fabric has not been cut. We apologize, but we cannot cancel the order of the already cut fabric. If you need to contact us regarding an order you have just placed, email us at to make a cancellation request. We will get back to you right away.

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

Yes, we accept returns within 30 days. Fabrics must be in the original condition: unused, uncut, and unwashed by the customer. Please note that we do not cover shipping costs for fabrics that are being returned or exchanged unless they are defective. For more details, please read our Cancellation/Return Policy.
